Currently we are looking for a full-time Case Processing Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a motivated, confident, and reliable person with the right attitude.
Job Responsibilities
- Process client immigration applications from start to finish, including collecting supporting documents, organizing case files, completing immigration forms, and drafting submission letters and supporting statements.
- Handle a wide range of Canadian immigration and visa files, including but not limited to:
- Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)
- Study Permits and Extensions
- Work Permits (Employer-specific and Open Work Permits)
- College/University Admission support documentation
- Permanent Residency applications (Express Entry, PNP, etc.)
- Spousal Sponsorship and Family Class applications
- Visitor Record extensions and status restoration
- Citizenship applications
- Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with current immigration laws, policies, and IRCC requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, processing times, and documentation requirements from relevant government authorities.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments, educational institutions, employers to obtain required documents.
- Assist clients with complex immigration scenarios by analyzing case details and providing appropriate documentation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical case files for all immigration matters.
- Track case progress regularly and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Manage and update CRM systems and internal databases daily to ensure all communications, documents, and case notes are properly recorded.
- Monitor deadlines, application timelines, and follow-ups to ensure timely submission and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Perform additional administrative and case-related duties as assigned to support overall office operations.
Required Skill & Abilities
- Professional English is required
- Excellent analytical, research, verbal, and written communication skills
- Passionate about the immigration field
- Previous experience working with the Immigration Industry is required
- Organized with strong prioritization skills
Qualifications:
- Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant(RCIC) preferred but not mandatory
- Oral and Written English fluency is a must.
- Proficiency in other languages is an asset but not required.
- Complete understanding of Canadian Immigration programs is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of Direct work experience in an Immigration Company is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
