We are seeking a motivated AI & Real Estate CRM Consultant / Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, customer relationship management, and real estate industry insights. The ideal candidate will support the development and enhancement of CRM strategies, leverage AI tools for data analysis, and contribute to business development initiatives. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in consulting, project management, and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing real estate market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Support the implementation and customization of AI-driven CRM solutions tailored to real estate clients’ needs.
- Contribute to business development efforts by researching industry best practices and preparing strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to facilitate change management processes during CRM system upgrades or new technology integrations.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes.
- Conduct research and analysis to support process improvements within client organizations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Grok, or similar AI solutions.
- Technical education, certification, or coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience evaluating, testing, and validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, performance, and business relevance.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect documentation.
- Experience working with web-based applications, CRM platforms, SaaS products, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to create detailed test cases, test scenarios, bug reports, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system gaps, edge cases, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Understanding of data structures, data quality validation, and business process workflows.
- Knowledge of AI productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, and no-code/low-code technologies such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, or similar tools is an asset.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, or other technical tools is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to conduct technical research, benchmark AI solutions, and recommend improvements based on findings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience working on AI projects, hackathons, research initiatives, startup environments, or software development projects.
- Understanding of CRM systems, customer data management, and sales automation processes.
- Interest in applying AI technologies to solve real-world business challenges within the real estate and property technology (PropTech) sector.
Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Replit AI, or similar development tools is highly desirable.
