Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker / Assembly Line team member to join our manufacturing facility on the day shift. This role is essential in supporting the assembly and production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing tools, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and schematics
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and schematics
- Follow safety protocols at all times during operation of machinery and handling of materials
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Warehouse experience including familiarity with inventory management is advantageous
