Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 310S Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using various power tools, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure they operate safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary during the repair process.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
