We are looking for Long Haul Company Drivers to cover our dedicated lines between:
- Winnipeg and California state (reefer work),
- Winnipeg and Arizona state (dry van),
- Winnipeg and Washington state (dry van).

Drivers are expected to operate heavy truck on a long-haul routes between Canada and the USA. Role involves adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring the timely delivery according to schedule.
Pay structure is as follows:
- Base Rate: $0.50/mile driven in Canada and $0.55/mile driven in US
- Picks and Drops: $25 each
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive heavy trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the proper loading and unloading of freight, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial driving: 3 years.
- Good English communication skills.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Clean commercial abstract with an excellent safety record.
- Ability to legally work in Canada and USA and valid passport.
- Current criminal record search.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
