Well established logistics company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON (Dixie/Highway 401).
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract
Pay: $20/hr
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm 100% in office.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication, operations, documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Track & trace shipment
- Provide reports and data to customers to reflect status of shipments
- Communicate with account teams, internal/external customers
- Perform other data entry/administrative duties as required
Requirement:
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience in an office environment
- Experience in logistics/transportation industry an asset
- Strong MS Office and computer skills
- A quick learner who is able to multi-task
- Go-getter attitude with strong interpersonal skills
