Grill Daddy is hiring for two separate roles: Server and Dishwasher. We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking people who want to be part of a welcoming restaurant team. Whether you enjoy working with guests or prefer keeping the back-of-house running smoothly, there is a place for you here. All positions are paid, and we value every team member from day one.
Server Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Keep dining areas clean and organized by clearing and resetting tables.
- Support a positive guest experience with a helpful attitude and strong communication.
Dishwasher Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware using dishwashing equipment.
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked with clean supplies.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Help maintain a clean and efficient back-of-house workspace.
Experience
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
- A willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and positive attitude are important for both roles.
- Server candidates should be comfortable working with guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Dishwasher candidates should be comfortable working efficiently in a kitchen environment and handling cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail will help you succeed at Grill Daddy.
