We are seeking a skilled Structural Designer to join our engineering and design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D structural models, preparing engineering drawings, and supporting project execution activities within the oil and gas industry. This role requires strong technical proficiency in structural design software, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Develop detailed 3D structural models using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), including structural steel, pile foundations, and building components, based on engineering concepts, sketches, and design requirements.

Generate accurate 2D engineering drawings, layouts, and design documentation derived from 3D models.

Ensure all design deliverables meet project specifications, client requirements, company procedures, applicable codes, and industry standards.

Provide technical support and design assistance to construction teams and site personnel throughout project execution.

Communicate project progress, design status, and task updates regularly with the assigned supervisor and project team.

Prepare and revise as-built drawings based on field markups, red-line drawings, and information provided by site teams.

Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy and alignment across project deliverables.

Maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all design documentation.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of structural drafting and design experience within the oil and gas, industrial, or EPCM sectors.

Proficient in structural design and drafting software, including SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), AutoCAD, CADWorx, or equivalent platforms.

Technical diploma, certification, degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.

Strong understanding of structural drafting principles, engineering drawings, and industrial design practices.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with process, mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, and piping disciplines.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
