Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on building systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent future issues
- Assist with construction, renovation, or improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
Qualifications:
- Experience in general repair, maintenance, or a combination of trades
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
