Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Garden Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing routine garden maintenance, amendments, and landscape management tasks to maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in using hand tools and power tools, along with experience in landscape maintenance, gardening and horticulture. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on landscape equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out landscaping tasks effectively
- Maintain gardens and lawns through planting, weeding, pruning, mowing and edging
- Assist with seasonal planting and horticultural projects to enhance landscape appearance
- Monitor plant health and perform gardening duties to promote healthy growth
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed and materials used
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping or maintenance work
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, gardening and horticulture
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with landscape equipment operation and basic troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required; must be able to operate company vehicles if necessary

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
