Unyielding Health & Wellness is an emerging private therapy and counselling practice in Kelowna, BC. We’re looking for a compassionate, grounded, and curious therapist(s) to join as a sub-contractor(s). We are currently looking for one full time counsellor (15-25 client hours per week), or two part-time or casual roles (10-15 client hours per week). This position suits C.C.C. , R.C.C., or R.S.W. professionals who value responsibility, independence, and client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide short- and long-term counselling to individuals, couples, and families.
- Develop personalized care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical notes.
- Participate in occasional team check-ins and case consultations.
- Participate in construction of marketing material.
- Be willing to provide no charge initial consultations (15-20 minutes) to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s (or Doctoral) degree in Counselling, Social Work, or related field.
- Current registration in good standing (CCPA, BCACC, BCCSW)
- New graduates welcome; experienced therapists encouraged.
- Solutions-focused approach an asset.
- Skilled in intake, record-keeping, and case planning.
- Specialist training (CBT, SFBT, REBT, Existential, ACT, Narrative) an asset.
- Some evening/weekend availability helpful but not required.
