Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Two years’ experience within the last 3 years in a Medical Office setting is required Proficiency with Connect Care is required Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required Fluency with virtual platforms (i.e. MS Teams) is required Must have the ability to accurately draft, edit and proofread various documents, including agendas and minutes Must have the ability to analyze data with attention to detail Ability to sit for long periods of time is required Ability to sustain repetitive motions in data entry is required Ability to lift >30lbs is required Strong oral/written communication skills are required Strong organizational skills are required Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are required Note: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a two-part computer based skills assessment test.
