Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check-in and check-out services
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage phone calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records using hotel systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Provide local recommendations and general information to guests
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
