Installation Foreman – Aluminum & Glass Railing (High-Rise)

Location: Surrey, BC (Projects throughout Metro Vancouver)
Arctech Manufacture Ltd. is seeking an experienced Installation Foreman to lead the installation of commercial aluminum and glass railing systems on high-rise construction projects.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman on high-rise construction projects (mandatory)
- Proven experience installing aluminum, glass, picket, and custom railing systems
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience coordinating with site superintendents, project managers, and other trades
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead installation crews on commercial and residential high-rise projects
- Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment requirements
- Ensure installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and company expectations
- Conduct site measurements and resolve installation issues
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Complete daily reports and communicate project progress to management
- Train and mentor installation staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with swing stages, aerial lifts, and fall protection systems
- Valid Fall Protection certification
- First Aid certification is an asset
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
