Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Stucco Plasterer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying stucco and plaster finishes, with a strong background in construction-related tasks. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties
- Apply stucco, plaster, and related finishes to interior and exterior surfaces according to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces by applying primers or bonding agents as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate application of materials
- Mix and prepare materials in accordance with project requirements
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Skills
- Proven experience in stucco application, construction painting, or related trades
- Strong knowledge of construction practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship quality
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when required
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
