Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with a warm and welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean, organized dining area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and preparation. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Replenish food items and beverages to ensure availability throughout service hours
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including slicing, plating, and setting up buffet stations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures and having or obtaining food handler course certification
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or hospitality roles is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is advantageous but not required
Pay: $17.00 per hour
