Job Summary
Inspire Montessori is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Montessori (licensed childcare) campuses across the GTA.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple Montessori school campuses. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for early childhood education and the ability to manage daily operations across various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of each campus, uphold educational standards, and foster a positive environment for students, staff, and families. Strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a background in education or administration are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Oversee operations across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with CCEYA, licensing, health and safety requirements
- Support enrollment, staffing, parent relations, and campus administration
- Lead and coach campus leadership teams
- Monitor quality standards, policies, and operational performance
- Support curriculum implementation and program excellence
- Assist with marketing, community outreach, and occupancy growth
- Qualifications
- RECE designation or ECE background
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in childcare, education, or multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of Ontario childcare licensing and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing multiple locations and teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between GTA campuses
Preferred Experience
- Montessori experience or training (AMI/MACTE)
- IB PYP experience
- Experience with enrollment management and social media marketing

Skills
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, or administrative oversight within an educational setting or similar organization
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams across multiple locations
- Background in teaching or early childhood education is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Effective communication skills for liaising with staff, parents, vendors, and community stakeholders
- Ability to develop strategic plans that align with educational goals and operational needs
- Adaptability to changing environments with a proactive problem-solving approach

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
