We're Hiring: Part-Time Cleaner Wanted

Position: Cleaner
Company: Bella Properties Inc.
Location: Fredericton
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, some evenings and weekends as required
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties
- Perform various cleaning tasks (including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing)
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain cleanliness standard
- Report maintenance issues or damages
- Ensure properties are presentable for tenants and clients
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Is dependable, organized, and trustworthy
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving items throughout the day
- Works well independently and with a team
- Has a valid driver’s license
