Warehouse Packer
247 Fulfillment is hiring a full-time Warehouse Packer to join our fulfillment team.
This is a fast-paced, physical warehouse position. You will be responsible for packing customer orders accurately, securely, and efficiently while meeting daily productivity and quality standards.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to maintain a strong packing pace throughout the entire shift.
Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Scan each item before packing to confirm the correct SKU and quantity
- Select the appropriate box or packaging materials for each order
- Protect products using proper packing materials
- Seal, label, and prepare completed orders for shipping
- Inspect products for damage before shipment
- Verify shipping labels and order information
- Report damaged products, missing inventory, or order discrepancies
- Keep the packing station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements
- Assist with other warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Previous warehouse packing, fulfillment, or shipping experience is preferred
- Comfortable using barcode scanners and warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or packing quality
- Able to repeatedly lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Must provide and wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to commute to Vaughan initially and Mississauga afterward
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be available during high-volume periods
Compensation
- $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Opportunity for additional responsibility based on performance
Location
The position will begin at our Vaughan warehouse and will transfer to our new Mississauga warehouse. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to both locations.
