Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate Barista / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 4 years Barista skills and custom service experience .
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
- Barista /custom service 4 years experience
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers to support sales efforts
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing
- Manage phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as needed
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Use organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Barista , customer service, or cashiering is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for cash handling transactions
- Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and product demos is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
- Professional appearance and good phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
