Busy wine & beer making store requires a passionate, mature and energetic person. The position will involve retail as well as winery work. This position can be fast paced and challenging and require a passion for customer service. A love of wine is essential.
Noble Grape Cole Harbour has a part-time position available.
Approximately 14 to 20 hours per week.
Do not expect your usual retail job, it’s fast, it’s fun, and you learn a lot about wine and beer!

The ideal candidate enjoys a fun team environment, is able to adapt quickly throughout the day, can handle and appreciate the physical requirements of working in the winery, and is comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
