Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join our team. This is a remote position responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and relationship building.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a goal-oriented environment. This role offers significant growth potential for candidates interested in developing a career in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Update and manage customer records using CRM software.
- Assist with customer account management as required.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
- Collaborate with team members to support company growth initiatives.
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive hourly wage of $25.00 per hour.
- $25 bonus for every qualified appointment that attends the scheduled meeting.
- Potential account management responsibilities for high-performing candidates.
- Following the probationary period, additional commission opportunities may be available for candidates who participate in:
- Sales presentations
- Client meetings
- Site visits
- Proposal and quotation preparation
- Business development activities
- Closing new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or business development is considered an asset.
- Experience using CRM systems is an asset.
