Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks and deck trucks in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Perform private property enforcement towing, vehicle recoveries, and transportation services.
- Secure vehicles and equipment using proper loading and tie-down procedures.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Accurately complete electronic tow notifications, reports, and required documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, property managers, and team members.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.
- Comply with all safety policies, provincial regulations, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence with a clean five-year driver's abstract.
- Criminal Record Check required.
- Previous experience operating a tow truck or deck/flatbed truck is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safe towing practices and vehicle securement.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and electronic reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts as required.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Tow truck or deck truck operation.
- Commercial driving experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
