Entreflow is looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant/Office Administrator who can support the CEO first and foremost, then the team everyone is living into the Entreflow Mission and Vision. We are looking for candidates who are living in and around Victoria, BC.
Entreflow is an innovative, award-winning CPA accounting firm that offers fractional CFO, HR, Marketing, and Systems Implementation services for high-growth SMEs. Our clients are predominantly technology startups/scale-ups and manufacturing companies.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the CEO on a daily basis with tasks such as; calendar management, meeting management, reporting, bank deposits, presentation preparations and other tasks as needed

Scanning in mailed client documents for the team and ensuring the documents are mailed back after scanning is completed

Supporting with purchases for the team such as; birthday gifts, office supplies, home office equipment, surprise and delights etc.

Managing the referral and gratitude program

Supporting with the new hire onboarding process

Performing monthly software audits and executing on any changes needed
-
Adhoc projects tasks as needed by the team
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator

Comfortable working with new technology including

An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to support in a growing business

Tech-savvy and kaizen attitude

Exceptional communication ability in written and spoken English, need to be able to correct grammatical errors

The ability to think outside of the box

You have no problems balancing and multitasking on different jobs/projects at the same time and are willing to wear multiple hats
It's an asset if you have…
- Experience working with Quickbooks Online, Gsuite, Clickup or similar programs
