Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through meticulous inspection and analysis. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high-quality output, supporting quality management systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Quality Inspector will utilize various measurement tools and data collection methods to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.
- Perform detailed analysis of products to identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies that do not meet specified quality standards.
- Collect, document, and analyze data related to quality metrics to support quality assurance processes and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to established quality management procedures and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and other relevant documentation for audit purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process improvements and defect trends.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and industry standards such as QA/QC protocols.
- Familiarity with measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and other inspection devices.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
- Experience with data collection software or systems is preferred.
- Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency under production deadlines.
- Prior experience in implementing or supporting quality assurance programs is advantageous.

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
