What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving)!
- Customer Service Excellence Greet customers like neighbours—because they are!
- Walk customers to the product— (we don’t point we partner).
- Explain features, benefits, and options to help make best choice
- Cross-training in multiple department
- Develop strong product knowledge through training, online research, and hands-on learning
Store Standards & Maintenance
- Keep your section tidy, clean, and looking sharp
- Perform accurate cycle counts and help maintain inventory levels
- Assist with special orders, quotes, and display creation
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
