Summary
We are seeking a professional Truck Driver to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, supporting our mission to provide reliable transportation solutions from our location in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight when necessary.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle and report any issues.
- Follow company policies to uphold service quality.
- Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) for Canada.
- Minimum 4 years verified experience.
- Proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
- Prior experience with automotive repair is advantageous but not mandatory.
