Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a performance-based role. You will be responsible for finding customers, generating leads, and closing deals in the sheet metal for HVAC market. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Sell and promote Easy Air Sheet Metal products for HVAC systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Work independently to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Experience in Custom Sheet Metal Ductwork materials is required – knowledge of fabricating galvanized sheet metal into custom ductwork, plenums and fittings is strongly required.
- Strong business development and closing skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to generate leads and build a customer base from scratch.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable with a commission-based structure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.
