Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
