About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, and customer focused residential cleaning partner to join our growing team at King Kleen. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our clients homes. We refer to all our cleaners as “Cleaning Partners” (CPs) because we believe in treating our team like family.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Please note: You are responsible for providing your own equipment and supplies for all jobs.
This includes:
- Uniform: Purchase of two (2) King Kleen shirts required (must maintain a professional appearance)
- Smartphone: Required to access our scheduling and cleaning app and for team/ customer communication
- Reliable Transportation: A vehicle is needed for travel between client homes
- PPE : Provide your own safety gear as needed
- Cleaning tools & products : Vacuum, mop, cleaning chemicals, disinfectants (Health Canada approved), etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes thoroughly (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, etc.)
- Communicate professionally and build relationship with Customers
- Wash and prepare linens and towels when needed
- Organize and declutter living spaces
- Communicate with clients to understand and meet their preferences
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks performed.
- Cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation when required by clients.
- Exhibit strong hospitality skills to create a pleasant atmosphere for homeowners.
