Customer Service & Sales Assistant with Digital Marketing Skills
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Assistant with digital marketing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, strong customer service experience, and knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Basic knowledge of smartphones and electronics is an asset, and training will be provided for cellphone repair fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, pricing, and service information.
- Create and manage customer service tickets and sales records.
- Handle payments, invoices, receipts, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and create engaging content for social media channels, specifically Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the Meta Business Suite.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and direct customer engagement across social channels.
- Use digital tools to enhance online presence and manage incoming inquiries via social media inboxes.
Operations, Tracking & Technical Support
- Support daily sales operations and promote products and services.
- Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to track sales, inventory, and customer information.
- Coordinate with technicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Learn basic cellphone repair skills to better assist customers with technical inquiries.
Availability
- Must be available to work 1 PM to 7 PM shifts.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online management platforms.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and electronics is a strong advantage.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills on the job.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
