Job Title: Senior Full Stack Growth Marketer for Consumer Mobile App

Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Full Stack Growth Marketer to help scale an already launched consumer mobile app in the beauty/lifestyle space.
The app is live on both iOS and Android, and we are now focused on accelerating user acquisition, subscription growth, retention, brand positioning, and long-term scalability.
This is NOT a basic social media management role.
We are looking for a highly capable growth operator who can combine:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall growth marketing strategy
- Drive user acquisition initiatives across paid and organic channels
- Lead TikTok and Instagram growth strategies
- Build creator, influencer, and UGC systems
- Help refine brand positioning and messaging
- Manage or oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Improve conversion funnels and subscription performance
- Develop landing page and website optimization strategies
- Support SEO and organic growth initiatives
- Coordinate email marketing and automation campaigns
- Track KPIs, attribution, and marketing performance
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and analytics
- Support App Store growth initiatives
- Help improve retention and engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience growing consumer mobile apps
- Experience with subscription-based products
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth
- Experience with creator/influencer marketing
- Experience managing or optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Knowledge of SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with growth experimentation and funnel optimization
- Ability to work independently and think strategically
Must have:
