Title: Inventory Control Clerk
Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for an Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring smooth operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Track, record, and update inventory levels in the system.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
Receiving & Dispatch
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Label and organize items in storage areas.
- Prepare and document outgoing shipments.
Data Entry & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of stock movements.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
Quality Control
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Report issues to procurement.
Coordination
- Communicate with procurement, shipping, and Production teams.
- Assist in resolving stock shortages or overages.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Forklift license or willing to learn
Qualifications and Education Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
Compensation:
- Salary range $22.00-26.00 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
- Three (3) weeks of vacation.
- Ten (10) paid days off (sick days).

Schedule:
- Typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime or after-hours/weekend work required.

- Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
- Applications must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Capable of passing an Ontario Contractor Security Screening Check (no criminal record).
- AI is not utilized for the recruitment or selection process.
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
