Position Summary Our organization is looking for a committed Landscaping Laborer to become part of our crew and help build and preserve stunning exterior areas. Duties
- Help with the setup of landscapes, specifically installing trees, bushes, and floral plants.
- Use manual and electrified instruments securely for pruning, excavation, and associated labor.
- Preserve current grounds by cutting grass, trimming, applying fertilizer, and managing weeds.
- Assist in building tasks involving features like terraces, stone walls, and garden paths.
- Perform frequent area tidying and strictly adhere to safety regulations while working.
- Partner with coworkers to finish assignments productively and according to customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous background in gardening, plant science, or groundskeeping is favored.
- Familiarity with the mechanics of landscaping machinery and instruments is an advantage.
- Competence in handling hand tools, power equipment, and light machinery securely and efficiently.
- Understanding of watering systems and standard building techniques is ideal.
- High levels of physical endurance, including the capacity to transport heavy items and labor outside in different weather.
- A fundamental grasp of landscape layout concepts is helpful but optional.
- A desire to acquire new competencies in digging, upkeep, and building operations.
