The Project Manager will be responsible for managing residential and light commercial construction and reconstruction projects from planning through completion. The role will work closely with Operations, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors to develop and coordinate schedules, control project costs, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely.
The Project Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
-Manage multiple residential/light commercial construction and reconstruction projects simultaneously
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
-Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
-Track and update project costs on a weekly basis
-Maintain project documentation and internal reporting
-Support site supervisors with project planning and coordination
-Identify risks, delays, or scope changes and implement solutions
-Communicate project updates with leadership and internal teams
-Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations
-5–10 years of construction project management experience
-Experience managing residential, commercial, reconstruction, and/or remediation projects
-Strong scheduling and trade coordination abilities
-Experience tracking project costs and maintaining financial oversight of projects
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability and willingness to conduct regular site visits and support construction processes in a coordination capacity (no hands-on tools required).
-Experience with Procore, BlueBeam, Excel, Word and Adobe is considered an asset
-French language skills are an asset but not required
