Starting Wage: $19.89/hour
Wildwood Care Centre is looking for a dedicated Casual Environmental Services Aide to join our Housekeeping and Laundry team!
Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you play a vital part in keeping their home clean, safe, and infection-free.
What You’ll Do:Housekeeping: Daily cleaning and disinfecting of resident rooms and common areas.
Laundry: Washing, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing.
Safety First: Following infection control and health and safety protocols to protect our seniors.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability is Key: Our residents depend on a clean environment, so consistent attendance and commitment to your shifts are essential.
Experience: Previous cleaning or laundry experience (healthcare setting is a plus!).
Physical Ability: Comfortable being on your feet, bending, and lifting throughout your shift.
Requirements: Must be able to provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and TB Screening upon hire.
