Role Summary
We're seeking experienced, licensed Security Guards in the Thunder Bay, ON area to join our team immediately. As a Security Guard, you will:
- Control access to sites and monitor entry/exit points
- Conduct regular patrols
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and premises
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally
- Maintain compliance with provincial and federal regulations
- Monitor client traffic and identify high-risk individuals
- Take appropriate action to deter individuals involved in disruptive behavior
- Undertake site-specific training and follow supervisor directions
- Keep accurate records and complete detailed incident reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of security experience (preferred)
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- At least 19 years of age
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Clean criminal record
- Must be willing to work at an L.L.B.O. (Liquor Licensed) establishment
- Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts
- Must be willing to work 4 to 6-hour shifts
- Must be available to work the following shift timings: 2:00 PM 8:30 PM and/or 4:30 PM 8:30 PM
Schedule
- Shifts include day, night, and on-call rotations
