We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team at Freshslice Pizza. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to new franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
Training:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new franchisees, covering all aspects of Freshslice operations, including customer service, product preparation, health and safety standards, and business management.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations to ensure they are current and effective.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and simulations to enhance learning and retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to franchisees during their initial training period.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry would be an asset.
- We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, high enthusiasm and energy.
- No specific educational background required.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
