Position Overview
Here at LPG Financial we are expanding our referral partner network and seeking new partnerships with business professionals. We are looking for real estate and mortgage agents as well as business professionals who can connect with business owners and refer them to our financial consulting team. You can work part-time or full-time, set your own schedule, and earn commissions for each referral that gets approved and funded.
This is a 100% commission-based role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to business owners in Toronto & the GTA
- Talk to potential clients in-person, over the phone, or through your network
- Refer clients to our in-house financial professionals — we handle the rest
- Track your activity and meet simple monthly referral goals
What You Need
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus — but no finance background needed
- Willingness to work commission-only and focus on results
Earning Potential
✅ Earn 2% commission on every loan that funds
✅ Average loan size: $500,000 = $10,000 per referral
✅ Higher loan amounts = higher commission (up to $20,000 or more)
✅ No cap on your earnings – close 1 deal/month and make $120,000 per year
✅ You get paid when your referred client gets funded
