Eco Green Ltd. is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. This is a seasonal full-time position beginning NOW and running through to September/October.
We are a locally owned company with over 30 years of experience, and we take pride in delivering excellent service to our residential and commercial clients.
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll spend your days working outdoors, driving a company vehicle to customer properties and performing a variety of lawn and property care services. Our technicians are the face of Eco Green, ensuring properties look their best while providing professional, friendly service.
Services include:
- Applying liquid fertilizer and weed control
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Core aeration services
- Tree Banding Applications
No prior lawn care experience is required we provide full training. This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy physical work, like being outside, and want the satisfaction of seeing immediate results in the work they do.
What We Offer
- Competitive wages ($17.00–$21.00/hr to start)
- Additional bonus pay of up to $4.00/hr based on performance and professionalism
- Seasonal completion bonus (up to $500 for staying through mid-October)

What We Require
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday
- Professional attitude and punctuality
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Driving a company vehicle to service residential and commercial lawns
- Applying liquid fertilizer and weed control
- Providing friendly, professional service to customers
- Full training provided - no prior experience required
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday, (10-hour shifts with breaks)
- Seasonal contract ending approximately Mid to Late October, 2026 for those available or your return to school date if that applies
