We are looking for an organized, reliable, and compassionate Part-Time Scheduler to join our growing home support team. In this role, you will coordinate caregiver schedules and help ensure quality care is delivered on time.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver visits to meet client needs.
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and compatibility.
- Respond to schedule changes, call-ins, and last-minute staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and update client information.
- Confirm shifts and appointments.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating service start dates.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous scheduling, administrative, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Home care or healthcare scheduling experience is an asset.
