Responsibilities
- Generate new renovation leads and business opportunities
- Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, property managers, interior designers, and other industry professionals
- Attend networking events and community functions
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Schedule appointments and consultations for our estimating team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions
- Represent Reno Sphere professionally and positively
Ideal Candidate
- Previous sales, marketing, real estate, or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable networking and building relationships
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
- Knowledge of renovations, construction, or real estate is an asset but not required

Compensation
Option 1: Commission-Based

Option 2: Base + Commission
- Monthly base pay plus commissions based on performance
