We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Cleaner with at least 6 months to 1 year of commercial cleaning experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, excellent work performance, and a positive attitude.
Schedule:
- Friday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (6 hours)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours each day)
- Meet at the Mayan Cleaning Services office at the start of each shift
- Company vehicle provided for work assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites
- Perform detailed cleaning in offices and commercial buildings, including:
- Surface sanitation and dusting
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping)
- General housekeeping tasks
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment
- Follow a written schedule or duty list for each location
- Interact with clients to meet specific cleaning needs
- Use proper cleaning techniques and adhere to safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 6 months to 1 year of cleaning experience (commercial preferred)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass a background check
