1. Meets the total needs of all customers. Acts in a polite and courteous manner at all times in every customer interaction.
2. Continuously strives to develop and enhance profitable customer relations through prompt follow-ups and uses of CHF relationship tools in accordance with CHF policies.
3. Distributes mail and files paperwork in timely manner.
4. Maintains high security of customer information, including names, contact information, and financial information to ensure compliance with Privacy Legislation.
5. Processes customer payments and verifies balances on customer accounts.
6. Assists with the printing of reports, such as Accounts Receivable, Finance Receivables, and Open Orders and various management reports.
7. Conducts customer surveys.
8. Assists with counting cash.
9. Enters and maintains appropriate records in Storis.
10. Performs account maintenance and clean up.
11. Orders office supplies as required.
12. Assists with the training of new store employees. This includes, but not limited to, assisting Retail Store Representatives with Storis.
13. Reviews individual results monthly and takes appropriate action to address any deficiencies or areas of possible improvement.
14. Proactively looks for ways to improve processes and services. As appropriate, implements these ideas.
15. Assists in ensuring that the store is tidy and attractive.
16. Proactively seek out and participate in personal development opportunities.
