Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Coordination
- Lead and mentor the dental assisting team
- Support training, onboarding, and performance development
- Ensure smooth daily clinical flow and team accountability
Patient-Centered Care
- Deliver a high-quality, compassionate patient experience
- Ensure patient comfort and clear communication throughout treatment
Clinical & Protocol Excellence
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards
- Ensure all clinical protocols are consistently followed
- Assist in a variety of dental procedures efficiently
Organization & Systems
- Oversee operatory readiness and efficiency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply systems
- Maintain organized clinical workflows
Continuous Learning
- Stay current with dental technologies and techniques
- Participate in ongoing continuing education

Requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant Level II
- 4+ years of dental assisting experience
- Previous leadership or senior assisting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards

Schedule
- Tuesday to Friday
- No weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
