Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B sales opportunities with local businesses
- Promote customized promotional products and branded solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Prepare quotes, close sales, and submit orders accurately and on time
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain service levels and identify new opportunities
- Manage and grow your own client base
- Track sales activity, maintain records, and provide regular progress updates
A Day in the Life
- Dedicated daily prospecting, including cold calling and door knocking
- Reaching out to local businesses to introduce Complete Graphics Solution and our services
- Attending client meetings and following up on quotes and orders
- Building relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Planning your day, setting goals, and tracking results
- Working independently while staying connected with the team
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated, self-directed individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- A confident and professional approach to prospecting and closing sales
- A highly driven and results-oriented mindset
- Comfort with cold calling, networking, and in-person business development
- Previous sales experience in promotional products, print, graphics, signage, or B2B sales is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
Compensation and Perks
- $45,000–$50,000 per year
- Commission pay
- Gas allowance
