Job Overview
Lexus South Pointe is looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our Service Department in a hybrid support role.
This position is ideal for someone with previous dealership experience who understands the pace, expectations, and attention to detail required in a luxury automotive service environment. The successful candidate will support our service team with appointment coordination, service advising duties, internal coordination, warranty support, customer follow-up, and process improvement.
Previous dealership experience is and asset.
Weekend availability is mandatory. Candidates must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming service calls and book service appointments
Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Write up and close service work orders
Assist with service advising duties as needed
Conduct customer follow-up calls after service visits
Help maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction
Assist with warranty submission and supporting documentation
Help coordinate internal service processes between departments
Support appointment coordination and service flow throughout the day
Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining department SOPs
Requirements
Previous dealership experience is asset.
Service advising, appointment coordinating, warranty, or service department experience is strongly preferred
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional, reliable, and team-focused
Experience with dealership systems and service processes is an asset
Compensation
Annual salary range of $40,000, $50,000, based on experience.
About the Role
This is a unique hybrid role designed to support multiple areas of the Service Department. The right person will be flexible, guest-focused, and confident assisting with both front-facing customer service duties and behind-the-scenes service operations.
