Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the positions of Reach forklift Operators
These roles involve supporting efficient distribution processes, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Prior experience in warehouse management or related fields is a plus, but training will be provided for essential equipment operation and system use. This is a paid position, offering valuable hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments
- Perform order picking using warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order verification
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely, including loading and unloading goods
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of products
- Support inventory management through regular stock checks and updates in the warehouse system
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided on equipment operation and system use
- Experience with Reach, walkie and dockstocker; certification is a must
- Basic math skills necessary for inventory counts and order accuracy
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems or similar software is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork orientation are essential for success in these roles
Pay: $22.00 per hour
