Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Collision Estimator to join our team in North Vancouver. In this role, you will evaluate vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure smooth claims processing. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service aligned with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians.
- Review repair procedures and ensure estimates align with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all estimates and repairs.
- Assist in managing insurance claims processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options clearly.
- Order parts and materials for the repairs.
- Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role within the automotive repair industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed estimates.
- Knowledge of ICBC and private insurance claim procedures is an asset.
- Familiarity with estimating software such as Mitchell, Audatex and Imex is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract is required.
