Overview
We are christian family owned company seeking compassionate and dedicated PSWs/Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while developing valuable caregiving skills.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring
- Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Help clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, especially those with dementia or experiencing hospice care needs
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to care plans tailored to individual needs
Skills
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments preferred
- Knowledge of patient care practices, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong caregiving skills including medication administration, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with transfers or repositioning of clients
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
- Basic cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, with a focus on providing consistent, quality care
We are currently looking for days and possible night shifts.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
